ONE Irvine football side ended 2023 on a high - but freezing cold - note.
Irvine Meadow's 2006 side braved not only the freezing cold water but some treacherous conditions as they rounded off the year with a fundraising dip into the sea.
The young football stars completed the cold water plunge at Irvine beach following their final training session of the year.
The dip was completed in an effort to raise funds for the side as they continue their efforts throughout the remainder of the season.
This season is the group's final year in the youth set-up before the players move onto development football at under 20s level.
