A popular Stewarton takeaway is set to shut its doors next month.
Happy Panda, on the town's Lainshaw Street, has been serving up tasty Chinese dishes for many years.
However, current owners Paul and Pauline are set to retire, with the final day of trading on Sunday, May 5.
The business has announced that new owners will be taking over, with the shop set to be refurbished and rebranded.
A spokesperson said: "Paul’s cousin is taking over the shop, but it will be closed for refurb and rebranding - keep an eye out for more news on that.
"Paul, Pauline & Lin would like to thank you all for your continued support throughout the years, a lot of regular customers and a lot of friends have been made through the shop."
